Michael Bradshaw, Partner, Charles Russell

Michael has been a Partner in the Employment & Pensions Service Group since May 2005 having qualified with the Group in 1998 and trained with Charles Russell. Michael has extensive experience in all areas of employment law covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. Michael has worked in-house on secondment for a plc in a human resources role. He is also fully involved in our client training and seminar programmes.

Michael also leads our team of specialists in business and executive immigration matters. Michael has over 10 years’ experience in advising on immigration matters for clients from a range of sectors including: the financial services industry; TV and media; sports and leisure; and IT and manufacturing. His work includes: visa and permit applications, client training, policy reviews and strategic planning of large immigration projects.

Michael regularly speaks externally and also contributes to the legislation working parties of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Vikki Woodison, Head of HR Operations, UK & Ireland, Gate Gourmet

Vikki Woodison is Head of HR Operations - UK & Ireland at Gate Gourmet. She currently has responsibility for managing all aspects of HR including employee relations, absence management, recruitment and employee engagement.

Vikki has over 14 years HR experience and has held a variety of positions within the industry. Prior to joining Gate Gourmet Vikki held the role of Divisional HR Manager for the Balfour Beatty Group where she played a key role in managing the HR function particularly in the areas of TUPE, absence and performance management.

Vikki has a 2.1 Honours degree in European Business Studies, specialising in Human Resource Management and French and is CIPD qualified.
